Desktop and Laptop Computer Repair Rates
BeachTechLogic Computer Repair Rates and Policies are as follows:
On-site Service:
- $75 / hour with a 1 Hour Minimum
- One-way time Travel Charge to Hampton, and Newport News, VA and to places in North Carolina
In Shop Service:
- $35 Bench Charge for 30 to 45 Minutes of Diagnostics/Service
- At conclusion of Diagnostic time, customer to be notified of status, options, and costs for the service being performed
- After diagnostic time, charges incur at the rate of $75 / hour with no minimum time (time rounded to the nearest quarter hour) - the bench fee will apply toward the first hour.
After Hours Service:
- Service is available from 5:30PM to 8:30AM and on holidays for emergency and special project work
- Hourly Rate for Nights and Weekends - $90 per Hour
- Holiday Rates for Christmas, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, Easter, Labor Day, Memorial Day, and July 4th - $125 per Hour
- Special Projects on Nights, Weekends, or Holidays - call for rates
- Same Travel Charge, Minimums, and Policies as above
